TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Guest Numbers: Numbers of guests staying must not exceed the number of
guests booked.
- If less than six weeks to start of rental FULL AMOUNT TO BE PAID
- If more than six weeks to start of rental a NON REFUNDABLE
deposit to be paid in advance of £100. The balance to be paid six
weeks before start of rental.
- Telephone bookings are welcome and should be followed up within
seven working days with a booking form and deposit
- Payment by cheque made out to GS & SC Turner. Confirmation of your
booking will be made by email/post upon receipt and clearance of your
cheque
- Cancellation and refund of your holiday will be subject to
whether we are able to re let the week you have booked. It is
recommended that you take out your own holiday insurance as we can
not offer refunds outside the conditions stated on this page.
- Keys are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be
returned by 10am on day of departure
- We ask for a £50 deposit to cover any damage or breakages, this
will be refunded by cheque when the cottage has been inspected
- The hirer agrees to be responsible for leaving the cottage
in good and clean order, otherwise a charge will be levied.
- The hirer agrees to pay for any damage or loss how ever
caused excluding any reasonable wear and tear incurred during
occupation.
- Breakages or damages should be reported to me as soon as
possible, your deposit will be refunded when the cottage has been
cleaned and checked. If any damage or theft occurs as a result of
actions taken or not taken by the guests during their stay we
reserve the right to ask for recompense.
- Charges include bed linen and electricity
- The owner shall be allowed the right of entry to the property at
all reasonable times for purposes of inspection or to carry out any
necessary repairs or maintenance. Emergency access allowed at all
times
- Any bank charges have to be paid for by the client
- We can not accept accept responsibility for injury to persons or
possessions during their stay.
